Delicious as a snack, main or side dish: Greek meatballs!
Ingredients

1 small onion

2 cloves of garlic

3 slices of old brown bread

15 g parsley

400 g beef tartare
-
2 small eggs

1 teaspoon dried mint

½ teaspoon dried oregano

3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- Clean the onion and garlic and chop very finely. Cut the crusts off the bread and crumble the slices of bread. Finely chop the parsley.
- Mix the tartare with the onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, mint and oregano. Knead everything well and season with pepper. Make small meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for 20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
