It is generated thanks to a teleservice created by the Health Insurance, platform from which the professional downloads the vaccination certificate. Since mid-May, the patient can download the vaccination certificate himself via an online service. To do this, he must go to the attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr site and provide his FranceConnect username and password. Once downloaded, it can be saved in digital format, by integrating the QR Code into the TousAntiCovid-Carnet application. To perform this step, you have to go to the application via your smartphone, go to the Notebook section and scan the QR Code.
Obviously, the vaccination certificate is also available in paper version. Health insurance can transmit it directly to the person who has been vaccinated against Covid-19.
