The driver was able to climb out of the car after the truck was lifted
Should you buy a ticket right now, or have you used up all your luck? The photos at the bottom of this page are from an accident that happened in America earlier this week. A truck drove behind a Nissan Altima (a model we don’t have here) and folded the car in half. Based on the photos, we estimate the chances of survival at about 0.01 percent. Maybe 0.001%. However, the driver was able to crawl out of the car without serious injuries after the truck was lifted.
“There really isn’t a word to describe this collision. Miraculously, the injuries are minor. The car was hit from behind, folded in half, and the truck came to a stop on top of the car. I’ve never seen anything like it in my 14-year career,” an agent said on Twitter. The truck driver was fined less than 200 euros for not keeping a good distance.
The folded car
There’s really not a word to describe this collision. Miraculously believed to be minor injuries. The car was struck from behind, folded the car in half, and semi came to rest on top of the car.
