Here are the five most promising titles you can still play this fall and winter.
Top 5 fattest games (autumn 2021 edition)
Battlefield 2042 – October 22
After two historic Battlefield games, it’s finally that time again; Battlefield 2042 moves into the near future, making it one of the most highly anticipated games to be released in late 2021. 128 players in one match (for next-gen and PC), dedicated characters within classes, unprecedented scale; BF2042 is going to be a hit anyway.
Battlefield 2042 is out for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
Call of Duty: Vanguard – November 5
The ancient counterpart of Battlefield is, of course, Call of Duty. The most popular shooter franchise goes back to World War II once again this year. Call of Duty: Vanguard borrows all the cool customization options from Modern Warfare, with the historical accuracy of WWII (the 2017 game, that is).
Call of Duty: Vanguard releases on November 5 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
Deathloop – September 14
One of the lesser known games in this list is Deathloop, but it is nevertheless indispensable. The game is made by the studio behind the new Wolfenstein games and Dishonored. Deathloop revolves around a couple of assassins who continuously kill each other in the same loop. The game uses a unique gameplay mechanic where you keep going back to the beginning and reaching your goal with new flight paths.
Deathloop is only available for PC and PlayStation 5.
Halo: Infinite – December 8
A fall list for games from 2021 is not complete without Microsoft’s flagship. Halo: Infinite has had a difficult development and has been delayed several times. That’s okay, because the game has beautiful next-gen graphics for the first time, a compelling single player story and a strong multiplayer according to the old recipe.
Halo: Infinite is out for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
Far Cry October 6 – 7
Finally, in the list of the most promising games of the fall of 2021, there is Far Cry 6. Since the release of the archetype Far Cry (Part 3 in 2012), Ubisoft has not been able to capture the immersive story and the huge open world very well. combine as then. Far Cry 6 seems to change that. Beautiful graphics, explosive gameplay and a villain played by Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito; it doesn’t get any better!
Far Cry 6 is out for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
