Preparation
- Peel and slice 4 onions, melt them in 2 tbsp. to s. of olive oil until they become transparent.
- Mix 200 g of flour with 1 egg, 100 g of 0% cottage cheese and 1 tbsp. to c. level of salt.
- Knead to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough, adding a little flour if necessary, roll it out and line it into a mold.
