After the start of the school year, are you already feeling tired? Here are some tips for recovering some energy.
Simple movements help relieve fatigue
First, If you are tired, with the heat that reigns at the moment, it may be because you are dehydrated. So remember to drink a lot. But a little, regularly, and not a lot all at once, which would be a sign that you’ve waited too long to drink. The goal is at least two liters per day.
Then re-spill! Yes, getting good oxygen is a great way to wake up the cells in your body, helping them to purge. We advise you to breathe deeply while inflating your chest, either with your back to the wall or your back to your chair, then to breathe out with your mouth open while making vocalizations.
Small tapping on the head drives away fatigue
You can also chase fatigue by … banging your head! Of course, it is not a question of hitting it against a wall, but more simply of giving small taps with your fingertips all over the scalp, as if you were marking time. Then, run your fingers through your hair, up to the back of your neck, slowly, as if you were doing your hair, several times in a row.
Finally, we also chase fatigue by tapping, or being tapped on the shoulders, all around the arm joint.
