The Janssen vaccine uses the same technology as the AstraZeneca vaccine since it is a “viral vector” vaccine. The various clinical trials carried out on the vaccine of the European subsidiary of the American group Johnson & Johnson have revealed an effectiveness of 85% for severe forms of Covid-19 and an effectiveness of 66% for preventing moderate to severe forms of the disease. .
