Too thin, too thick, too curly, not shiny enough… You never have the hair you want! If it is difficult to play against genetics, we can however act on the care to be given to our hair. With their different actions – sebum-regulating, polishing, sanitizing the scalp, Anti fall – them essential oils can be an interesting boost to achieve, if not approach, the dream hair.
Anti-oily hair rosemary
Oil on greasy hair? This seems absurd and yet some vegetal oils can help regulate sebum production. This is the case with those of nigella or inca inchi, which can be associated for more efficiency with HE: 10 drops of HE of rosemary with verbenone or sage clary, 2 tbsp. tablespoon vegetable oil of nigella or inca inchi. Apply this mixture in a hair bath, once a week: before going to bed, coat the hair from root to tip then wrap the hair in a warm towel. Leave on overnight and proceed with your usual shampoo the next morning.
Anti-hair loss rosemary
To counteract hair loss, mix in a 30 ml bottle: 2 ml of cineole rosemary HE, 1 ml of bay Saint-Thomas HE and 2 ml of ylang-ylang HE. Complete with vegetable oil of castor and neem (in equal parts). Before each shampoo, apply this synergy to wet hair, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes then proceed with your usual shampoo.
Ylang-ylang to illuminate
For this egg-based mask, you need 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. oil of grape seedof jojoba orargan and 4 drops of ylang-ylang EO. In a small bowl, emulsify the egg yolks and oil with a whisk. Then add the essential oil and stir well again. Apply to the hair, and ideally cover the hair with a hot towel or stretch film. Leave on for 20 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water then finish with a mild shampoo.
