Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Wash the tomato, cut off the top and empty the tomato.
- Separate the egg from the white and yolk. Beat the egg white and add spices to taste.
- Fill the tomato with the seasoned egg white and add a little bit of cheese.
- Place the tomato in the oven for a few minutes.
- Serve the stuffed tomato as an appetizer or side dish.
