The computer too slow, a source of stress

“One of the main obstacles to good management of personal health is a lack of time in our busy days. Gaining 20 minutes a day could have enormous benefits. This time would allow us to eat better, to sleep more. or to practice a sporting activity ”insists Kathy Kaehler author, trainer and sports coach.
In fact, 31% of adults surveyed confided that they would do more sport, 26% would sleep more and 37% declared that they would organize their meals better.
“It’s amazing to think of the time lost over the course of a day, a week, a month and a year,” said the coach. If the slow computer wastes time, it also has the capacity to irritate and stress its users. This frustration is also bad for your health. 45% of those polled admitted that standing in front of a slow computer is more exhausting than an intense workout.
