Preparation
- Wash, hull the green beans and cook them in gentle steam for about 6 minutes. They should still remain a little firm. Refresh them under running water then drain them.
- Rinse and cook the quinoa. Let it cool down. Wash and wring out the salad then tear the leaves. Rinse then slice the radishes.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon then mix it with olive oil, honey, chili, sumac, salt and pepper. Strip the parsley and slice it. Combine all the ingredients, except the cheese, in a bowl.
- Divide the salad between the plates, sprinkle with coarsely crumbled feta and enjoy immediately.
