Preparation
- Mix together the compote, cottage cheese and liquid vanilla, to obtain a smooth sauce.
- Wash the raw fruit, peel it and cut it into slices.
- In two dessert plates, arrange a slice of gingerbread covered with the slices of fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
