400 grams asparagus

150-200 grams of whole wheat spaghetti

1 tablespoon liquid margarine

200 grams smoked salmon

6 sprigs of parsley

pinch of thyme
Preparation
Peel the asparagus and remove the hard bottom part. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of water according to the instructions on the package. Heat the margarine in a frying pan and fry the asparagus gently for about 6 minutes. Cut the salmon into strips. Add the salmon to the asparagus and heat through quickly. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the asparagus. Stir well and season with finely chopped parsley, some pepper and thyme.
