Wash and let the wound dry
The first reflex is washing, with plenty of water. You have to put the wound squarely under a tap and let it run. It’s painless and usually effective, even to help stop the small hemorrhage. It’s always easy to have a small piece in your luggage, the foam is used to eliminate external products, gravel and dust, which could infect the wound afterwards. And microbubbles are usually effective in starting to eliminate local microbes.

A bandage to renew daily to note, that in a few days, the skin will have found a normal aspect.
Consult a doctor in case of a large wound
These gestures are to be adopted for minor wounds. It is obvious that in the event of a large wound, with very damaged skin which requires the removal of pieces of skin, to make a suture or even which bleeds a lot, it is recommended to reach a professional as soon as possible. . With an imperative rule: never put on a tourniquet. To stop the bleeding, if we do not know the pressure points that each of us should learn for good citizenship, a large package of clean linen, failing which the hand, placed by pressing on the wound, must allow wait for help.
