On the nutrition side, I feel that my tastes and habits have been respected, I will only eat things that I like. Even the evening cupcake: we change the type of cake to make it less caloric and fatty, but I keep my sweet tooth. It’s realistic and guilt-free. In addition, having the advice and recipes of chef Gilles Le Galles, it was really great!

Week 1 Report
Karine is very motivated. After 1 week, she has already lost 800g.
The stay at La Gacilly triggered a real click in her, giving her back the taste for cooking and enjoying healthy food: salad, fish, fruit. Karine is surprised herself not to be tempted by richer desserts such as chocolate cakes that she would have taken without hesitation before.
Even during the holidays with meals at regular restaurants, she almost made no difference except for a raspberry tiramisu yesterday.
The nutritional program does not seem too restrictive to her and allows her to maintain a good dynamic and a motivation of which she is proud.
The results are there and Karine feels good in her body.
Week 2 Report
This week, Karine went on vacation with her family and managed to continue her Yves Rocher Slimming Coaching without too much difficulty.
“We were near the sea, so I took the opportunity to do some outdoor sports. To my two weekly running sessions I added the exercises from Marie’s personalized fitness program, the Fitness coach. At the beginning, I had a little trouble with the butterfly abs, I had small tautness in the back … During our weekly meeting, Marie explained to me how to place the back properly without placing it on the ground by keeping a natural arch to work only the abs. Now I can do my sit-ups without any problem and I feel that it is working well!
Even on vacation, I continued with my expert care in the Yves Rocher Institutes. Since the beginning of the coaching I have done 6 slimming treatments: a Lime blossom scrub to prepare the skin and a draining massage with Essential Oils at the Eco Hotel Spa Yves Rocher, followed by 4 Slimming Treatments with Essential Oil of Myre one hour each one, very energetic! I am feeling my thighs much lighter and smoother. The skin is reactivated. Not bad to begin with! “
Week 3 Report
A week all in lightness for Karine who ran 10 kilometers with her friends: between cardio and interval exercises to vary the monotony of this big hour of sport as Marie had advised her. Coming home from her run, Karine took out her summer things from the closet and seems so happy to easily fit into her little privateer.
For Karine this program marks the real start of a new life. Her nutritional program completely adapted to her tastes and lifestyles now allows her to take pleasure in new eating habits. Not frustrated, she knows how to control herself with the continuous support of her husband who accompanies her in his slimming process and cutting an orange when Karine is ready to crack on a cake or chocolate. When it comes to care, it recognizes excellent effectiveness on the figure and the quality of the skin. A week when all the lights are green for Karine.
Week 4 Report
“A month after starting Yves Rocher Slimming Coaching, I lost weight and I feel better in my body. Today I’m putting on clothes that were very fair last summer and I’m good in it!
But the real change took place in my head. I am told that I look good and indeed I feel better, lighter, less stressed. I don’t feel like I’m on a diet, I can indulge myself in small, controlled pleasures. If I want to eat something, I eat a little bit and the urge passes. Then I continue with my good habits: it is not because I have made a difference that it is necessary to stop everything!
My program for the last 4 weeks of coaching? Start the LPG Global Slimming Silhouette Treatment with Modeling sessions in my nearby Yves Rocher institute, and above all continue running, doing the muscle strengthening exercises recommended by Marie and taking care of myself. “
Week 5 Report
Karine has radically changed her eating habits correcting all her mistakes (very insufficient amounts of protein, too much starch, taking cookies every night, etc.) and fully understood what a balanced eating day was. Today she knows how to select the healthiest foods, etc.
But what attracted Karine the most was feeling her body reacting positively to a new way of eating. For her who feared diets, synonyms of frustration, deprivation, etc … she appreciates more and more cooking healthy and balanced dishes, drawing inspiration from all the recipes presented by Gilles le Gallès during the stay at the eco Hotel Spa. She also says that it is there that it clicked and that she wanted to eat healthy and in a balanced way. Karine even cooked her pasta herself this week.
For her, the results are very positive: her goal of adopting good eating habits has been perfectly achieved. She really feels that this change has been acquired and is part of her new way of life…. And to last. While she dreaded every year, with the approach of summer, of having to bring out her little dresses and tops, today this is no problem for her because she fits very easily into her clothes and feels very comfortable. comfortable in it.
For her, this radical change would not have been possible without the global offer.
She lives 100% of her coaching, in particular the “sport” moments that she shares with her friends: 2 jogging sessions: 1 Saturday and 11km run on Sunday + her exercise sessions offered by the coach which allow her to feel that new muscles are working.
Suddenly, feeling as light as a feather, Karine even forgot to weigh herself this week but she is happy because it means for her that she does not feel in a strict approach of diet.
Week 6 Report
“The weeks go by and I don’t feel like I’m on a diet: I think that’s the strength of the Yves Rocher Slimming Coaching program. What has worked for me is the global approach: home care + institute care + balanced diet + sport.
Without realizing it, I lost weight again. Today I have the same weight as I was 5 years ago, before my pregnancy with my youngest child. Around me you can see that I have changed.
I continue to run twice a week with girlfriends. Last week I completed 18km! It was not planned but doing sports in a group motivates me to surpass myself.
I’m going on weekends with my family to London and I’m not even afraid of “fish & chips”! I just don’t want to eat too fatty or sugary foods anymore. The program: take long walks and have fun with the family. ”
Week 7 Report
For the bridge, Karine went to London and it was more difficult for her to follow her program, especially her nutritional program because she often ate outside and is very fond of Anglo-Saxon cuisine, often very high in calories: club sandwiches, carrots cake, etc… She therefore gained a little weight during these 4 days.
However, while a food gap would have made her abandon the program before these 2 months of coaching, she has now “taken control” upon her return to France. On Sunday, she made sure not to slip away from food and even resisted (she actually didn’t want to) the cake she had made for her friends whom she had invited to taste it.
This week, she intends not to make any dietary gap to quickly lose the small kg taken during the 4 days while making sure to respect her food program: keep starchy foods at midday in small quantities so as not to have hollow in the afternoon. , keep the fruit in the afternoon and do not forget the protein product at each meal.
Karine is always very motivated for sport. She ran 3 times last week including 1 time in London.
