Preparation
1. Cook the rice according to the directions on the side of the package.
2. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli for 6 minutes until al dente. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the minced meat and oregano and fry the minced meat until golden brown. Stir in the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Drain the broccoli, add and season with salt and pepper.
3. Divide the rice between plates and serve with the minced meat and broccoli.
Tip: Sprinkle with grated old cheese and finely chopped basil.
