Preparation
- Drain the beans and rinse them. Put the three types of beans in a pan with some water and heat it on a small fire.
- Peel the onion and cut it small.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and quickly brown the meat. Fry the onion and the stir-fried vegetables for about 5 minutes.
- Add some chili flakes and the balsamic vinegar.
- Drain the beans and stir in the meat-vegetable mixture.
