400 grams of Brussels sprouts
Preparation
1. Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle with pepper.
2. Heat the margarine in a frying pan and brown the meat on all sides.
3. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
4. Fry the onion and the crushed garlic briefly with the meat.
5. Add 100 ml of water, the olives and the rosemary and bring to the boil. Stew the meat for 30 minutes.
6. Peel the potatoes. Boil them in a little water for about 20 minutes.
7. Clean the Brussels sprouts and boil them in a little water for about 8 minutes.
8. Add the Brussels sprouts and potatoes to the meat.
