Preparation
- Boil the noodles in plenty of water according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Add the salmon fillet, the stir-fry sauce and 100 ml of hot water. Bring this to a boil.
- Drain the cooked noodles and fold this through the vegetable-salmon mixture. Heat through thoroughly until the salmon is cooked through.
