It is official. Netflix is fully committed to games and does this with titles based on series and films.
Netflix is making this announcement as part of Geeked Week. The games are this week’s highlight. Hosts Geoff Keighley and Mari Takahashi closed the event with the big announcement. All games coming to Netflix are based on Originals from the streaming service.
Before the end of the year, dozens of games can be played via the Netflix app on your smartphone. Some games are already available now. You can check a list of the announced games from Netflix and a description of them below.
- Shadow and Bone: Destinies† A new mobile game based on the fan-loved series. A single player RPG.
- Too Hot to Handle† game based on the popular dating show
- La Casa De Papel: Single-player action-adventure game based on the hit series
- The Queen’s Gambit Chess: chess game with puzzles and matches including an online feature
- The Cuphead Show: this popular series also gets its own game
- Lucky Luna: platform game
- Desta: The Memories Between: strategy
- Reigns: Three Kingdoms: rule your own kingdom
- Terra Nilo: build your own city in this game
- pointpy: climbing game
- DOTA: Dragons
- Wild Things: Animal Adventures: puzzle game
- Raji: An Ancient Epic: action adventure game
- Spiritfarer: management game
