“The prevention of violence, whatever it may be, is essential. Once we experience violence, it impacts our integrity and our personal development. All violence creates trauma and leaves after-effects: anxiety, social phobias, sleep problems, hypervigilance; all the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. It is essential to act before this violence occurs.recalls Marie Rabatel, Violence and Disability expert with the Ministry of Sports and the Olympic and Paralympic Games during the launch of the new section.
