Ingredients

approx. 600 grams of monkfish fillet (or any other fish)

400 grams broccoli

8 small potatoes

200 grams of mushrooms

2 dl dry white wine

1 dl (fish) stock

1 spring onion

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

4 tablespoons crème frache

1 tablespoon dill (fresh or frozen)

salt and pepper
Preparation
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into two or four wedges. Wash the spring onion and cut it into rings. Heat the margarine and fry the spring onions and mushrooms for a few minutes. Add the wine to the pan and let the mixture reduce by half over a medium heat. Then add the broth.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and place the fish in the pan, in the stock. Place the lid on the pan and simmer the fish for about 10 minutes. Carefully remove the fish from the pan and whisk the crème frache and dill into the liquid.
Place the fish in a nice bowl and pour the sauce over it. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and broccoli. If desired, make mashed potatoes from the potatoes.
