Many prestigious testimonials
Since the tragic skiing accident that plunged Michael Schumacher into a coma in December 2013, his relatives have indeed scrupulously ensured that his image was respected. Not sure, therefore, that the documentary goes back in too much detail on the few controversies that have marked the course of the “red baron”, starting with his clash with his rival for the title Jacques Villeneuve, at the 1997 European Grand Prix, which will earn him to be disqualified from the championship.
On the other hand, we will discover testimonies from his father, his brother Ralf, his wife Corina. or his two children, his daughter Gina and his son Mick, who is now engaged in F1. Without forgetting those of many major players in the discipline, from Jean Todt to Bernie Ecclestone via Mika Häkkinen, one of his most formidable opponents, or Flavio Briatore, boss of the Benetton team who gave him his first coronation.
