Preparation
- Clean the bell pepper, pepper, onion and garlic.
- Remove the seeds from the pepper.
- Puree the bell pepper, pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, cloves and vinegar in a food processor or with an immersion blender into a paste.
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Mix the spice paste through the meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Peel the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Clean the broccoli. Divide the vegetables into florets. Peel the thick stems and cut the stems into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the meat with the marinade for 10 minutes until cooked and brown.
- Boil the broccoli in a little water for a few minutes.
- Serve the broccoli and potatoes with the meat.
