Faced with this epidemic, the regional health agency (ARS) of Nouvelle Aquitaine recalls that there are no other means than the vaccine to be protected against measles: “The vaccination coverage in New Aquitaine is insufficient to face this epidemic. It is urgent to verify its vaccination: 2 doses are necessary to be protected”.
Free vaccination from April 3 to 6
And to encourage students to get vaccinated, the ARS has installed a “vaccine truck“on the Bordeaux campus site. Throughout the week (from April 3 to 6), doctors and nurses will vaccinate free of charge against measles. issued).
