Mazda revamps the range of its MX-30 coupe SUV. Packs are appearing in order to vary an offer which is still based on a single 100% electric motorization. The range extender version will be launched in the course of 2022.
The singular Mazda MX-30 electric coupe SUV, marketed in France since September 2020, is increasing its prices on certain finishes. But there are also declines.
A revamped range
Concretely, there is an increase of 800 € on the Prime-Line and Exclusive-Line finishes (levels 1 and 2), the latter taking over from the First Edition, the launch edition. Conversely, the Modern Confidence, Industrial Vintage and Urban Expression variants (all three level 3) are charged €500 less. Because the manufacturer has reorganized its range around option packs such as the Premium pack invoiced at €900 or the global Premium pack + sunroof offer, then claiming an extension of €1,700. Modifications that position the entry-level at €35,450 and the most exclusive finish, with all the packs, at €40,250 excluding ecological bonus.
Mazda MX-30 Price (2022)
For the record, in April 2021 the Mazda MX-30 had already recorded a price increase of €750 across its entire range, at the time bringing its call price to €34,650. The range still offers only one 100% electric engine delivering 143 hp. It is powered by a 35.5 kWh battery and offers a range of 200 km. Promised since the presentation of the model in Europe, the range extender variant using a small rotary gasoline engine is expected later this year.
