A massage oil against stiffness
What you need
– 6 drops of organic fine lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
-6 drops of organic rosemary camphor essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis CT camphor)
– 6 drops of organic Scots pine essential oil (Pinus sylvestris)
– Organic chamomile oil
In a 30 ml bottle, mix the essential oils. Add the chamomile maceration oil.

– Coarse Guérande salt
– 6 drops of lemon zest essential oil (Citrus limonum)

What you need
– 10 ml of peppermint floral water (Mentha x piperita)
– 40 ml of rose geranium floral water (Pelargonium x asperum)
– 30 ml of lemongrass floral water (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
– 20 ml of jojoba oil
Mix all the ingredients (for a 100 ml spray bottle).
Enough to give you new skin after a day in the sun. As water and oil do not mix, remember to shake the bottle before use, to create the emulsion. For freshness, store the lotion in the refrigerator.

Special digestion cocktail
What you need
– 1 C. 1 tbsp peppermint leaves
– 1 C. tablespoons of hibiscus flowers
– 1 C. teaspoon basil leaves

What you need
– 2 g of organic beeswax
– 25 ml of organic olive oil
– 60 drops of calendula tincture (Calendula officinalis)
– 9 drops of essential oil of matricaria (Matricaria recutita)
Melt the beeswax with the olive oil in a double boiler. Once the wax has melted, place this hot double boiler in a cold double boiler. When the temperature has dropped, add the calendula and the essential oil. Put in a pot before setting in mass.
