Preparation
- Chop very finely 200 g of Chinese cabbage.
- Grate 2 nice carrots.
- In a bowl, combine 5 tbsp. to s. plain yogurt (vegetable or not), 1 tbsp. to c. old-fashioned mustard, 2 tbsp. to s. of apple cider vinegar.
- Salt and pepper, pour over the raw vegetables and mix.
- Add 1 peeled pear, diced and lemon.
- Serve with toasted sourdough bread.
