Back to school is an opportunity to put changes in place to finally listen to yourself.
The holidays are over and a new year is about to begin. This new beginning is an opportunity to ask questions about your daily life, and why not put in place changes, even minimal ones, to get back to the center of your life by going towards your own needs and desires.
Live next to your life
If you’re feeling the back-to-school blues, it’s probably because you should take this message as an invitation to question a daily routine that is perhaps a little too far from what you really want in your life. For some, it can even go as far as the feeling of witnessing what is happening as a spectator rather than an actor.
When you feel like you’re out of your life or have no control over your future, ask yourself what you can do to take back responsibility for your life again rather than suffer it.
Agree to step out of your comfort zone
You can take full control of your life when you become able to put yourself at the center of your life, that is to say, not to blame the past, others or external circumstances. In this way you give yourself the sovereignty of your choices again, whatever the situation, even the most difficult.
In the whirlwind of life and the daily routine, we often tend to forget that every moment is an opportunity to ask ourselves the question of our desires and to position ourselves according to our own needs. If of course we also act according to others, whether family or colleagues, by learning to listen to yourself more regularly, you relieve yourself of a weight and you take back the reins of your life.
