Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia) and propolis associated with a diffusion of essential oil (EO) of radiated eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata).
How it works ?
THE’echinacea stimulates macro-phages, these large cells of our immune system capable of identifying and destroying any infectious agent. The radiated eucalyptus offers more a targeted action on the viruses of the respiratory tract.
Propolis, by providing the body with all the antiseptic arsenal of bees, eliminates bacteria or viruses that have passed through the cracks.
Recipe
There is a ready-made solution on the market, based on echinacea and propolis, which has the great advantage of not containing alcohol.
This is the Dragon Shield (Phytonorm). Dilute 20 drops in a glass of water, give it to drink, preferably in the morning, for a week. In parallel, diffuse essential oil of eucalyptus radiated in the room of the child, by session of 20 minutes, once a day in prevention, and three times a day when the disease is installed. Ventilate the room between each session.
The trick
To prevent contagion, pour a few drops of EO of radiated eucalyptus on the child’s scarf just before he leaves for school.
