Selling price
The sale price for class 1 devices is capped at 950 euros for adults and 1,400 euros for young people under 20. For both classes, hearing care professionals will provide the same follow-up services. They have the obligation to present an estimate including a 100% health offer to the insured.

The risks associated with hearing loss
It is estimated that nearly 1 million the number of people who encounter difficulties in accessing the improvement of their hearing, in particular for economic reasons. “Thanks to this historic reform, all French people will be able to benefit from the expertise of audioprosthetists and access to hearing aids to better live their professional and personal lives, and reduce the risks associated with hearing loss: social isolation, loss of employment, loss of autonomy for the oldest”, concludes the union of audioprosthetists (SDA).
