To buy
You can go to the Welzorg stores to purchase numerous aids that can make your life a lot easier. Just think of scooters, rollators, massage beds, stair lifts, shower and toilet aids, stand-up chairs and wheelchairs. It is nice that you are advised by specially trained employees in the Welzorg store. People who can tell you exactly what the most suitable drug is for you.
Welzorg also offers you the option of paying for the aid in monthly instalments. You can also get special tax deductions on mobility aids. loan
Often you only need a temporary aid. For example, a pair of crutches after an injury or a wheelchair after knee surgery. Then it is good to know that you can borrow these free of charge from Welzorg for the first 3 months with a maximum extension of another 3 months. You do not need to become a member of Welzorg. In most cases, the health insurer reimburses lending aids that fall under the short-term loan scheme.
Personal budget
In addition to receiving a medical aid directly from a care provider selected by the municipality, such as Welzorg, you can also opt for the personal budget (PGB). You must apply for this at your municipality. With an allocated budget, you can buy a resource yourself. Does that sound like something to you, but do you dread the red tape? Welzorg is happy to help you with this.
Service and repair
It is not only important to advise the right tool for you. Welzorg also finds the service afterwards just as important. At Welzorg you can count on an extensive service organization. In the unlikely event that something breaks, you will be helped quickly. You only need to call the Welzorg service number. And in the event of an emergency, the technician will immediately come with a service bus. If it is not possible to repair it on site, the aid will be taken to the workshop and you will receive a replacement aid.
