Sad? Eat grilled salmon.
Ingredients

1 clove of garlic

3 handfuls of fresh coriander

1 handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley

75 ml olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 slices of (wild) salmon

little oil
Preparation
1. First make the green herb sauce. Peel the garlic and puree it with the herbs in a food processor. Stir in the olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
2. Lightly grease a grill pan with a little oil.
3. Place the pan on high heat and grill the salmon for about 8 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon).
4. Serve with the green herb sauce, boiled potatoes in the skin and a tomato salad
