Preparation
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones, peel them then cut the flesh into quarters. Sprinkle them with a few drops of lime juice. Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices.
- Mix everything in a salad bowl, sprinkle with coriander sprigs.
Health tips
Avocado contains glutathione, an antioxidant that promotes the excretion of toxins, as well as unsaturated fatty acids, which are beneficial to the body. To taste quickly after preparation, and always with a few drops of lemon juice to prevent it from oxidizing.
