Preparation
- Slice the pear lengthwise.
- Peel the grapefruit thickly. Cut the segments out of the membranes.
- Pit the dates and cut them lengthwise into strips.
- Divide the pear, grapefruit and dates between two plates,
- Sprinkle the salad with a pinch of cinnamon.
