How to escape it?
There are a few rules, however, that should get you through the cracks. The first, which seems logical but which one can tend to forget: wash your hands with soap very frequently, especially as soon as you get home, after taking transport, before eating and after going. in the toilet.
You should also avoid sharing your glass and cutlery at the table, regularly cleaning the surfaces touched by everyone in a house such as toilets, sinks or door handles!
If it is already too late and you are infected: watch out for others by covering your nose and mouth well when you sneeze, using disposable tissues and again washing your hands. It’s good to be generous and to share, but there are some exceptions to the rule!
