If you want to keep track of how much data traffic takes place per application, you can contact AppNetworkCounter (see Voor Nop 2019/13). However, to gain a (long-term) insight into the totals of our data consumption, we can contact the small NetTraffic. This program shows in a system tray icon whether there is upload or download activity and you can also call up a (permanent) graph if desired. From the icon you can also call up a graphical or numerical overview of totals per hour, day, month or year. Finally, the program measures how far your cursor has traveled.
