Any product can be dangerous if consumed in an unreasonable quantity (consume
25 liters of water a day is dangerous!). If the indicated doses are respected, there is no danger in taking food supplements.
Beware, however, of two scenarios:
– People who are undergoing heavy medical treatment: it is important to seek advice from your doctor before consuming any food supplement
– Internet purchases: certain products from Asia or the American continent may contain components prohibited in Europe, or doses prohibited. The Synadiet union recommends being very careful before buying on sites that are not European or French.
