Any product can be dangerous if consumed in unreasonable amounts (consuming
25 liters of water per day is dangerous!). If the indicated doses are respected, there is no danger in taking food supplements.
Be careful, however, of two cases:
– People who are undergoing heavy medical treatment: it is important to seek advice from your doctor before consuming any dietary supplement
– Internet purchases: certain products from Asia or the American continent may contain components that are prohibited in Europe, or doses that are prohibited. The Synadiet union recommends being very careful before buying on sites that are not European or French.
