The scene took place in the heart of a shopping center in Middlesbrough, England. Like many parents, the mother of this little English girl took her to see Santa Claus. But when he asks the little one what she ordered for Christmas, her mother explains to him that being hard of hearing, she has difficulty speaking and expressing oneself. The old man then asks if the child knows the sign language, then follows a cheerful conversation between the two protagonists.
