Preparation
Peel the carrots and cut three into slices
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan with the cumin powder and seeds, add the sliced carrots and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring.
Pour a glass of water, the juice of a lemon, salt, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Carrots should be tender. Let cool.

Present the cooked carrots, cold, with the grated carrots, and sprinkle with cilantro when ready to serve.
