Which vaccine?
The anti-Covid vaccine which is injected to priority professionals depends on the age of the person. If she is between 18 and 54 years old inclusive, one of the RNA vaccines is administered, either Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna. For the latter, all you have to do is make an appointment with your doctor (general practitioner, specialist or at work) or in a pharmacy. However, whether Moderna or Pfizer, they are both available at vaccination centers. If the person is over 55, they may be given an RNA vaccine, the Janssen vaccine, or AstraZeneca. The vaccine inoculated depends on the place of vaccination.
Around 7 million new people can be vaccinated against Covid-19 as of today. According to the Directorate General of Health, more than 23 million French people have received at least one dose. More than 9 million people are fully vaccinated, which represents 14.5% of the population.
