This chicory salad is delicious as a lunch dish or as a salad with a meal. Wonderfully fresh and crunchy.
Ingredients

6 potatoes

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

100 grams of frozen peas

lemon juice

3 bushes chicory

2 thin, unbreaded pork cutlets

2 tablespoons liquid margarine
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little water for about 20 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil and lightly fry the sesame seeds.
- Add the frozen peas and let them cook for a few minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of water and some lemon juice.
- Clean the chicory and cut the bushes into thin strips and mix in the green peas with sesame.
- Sprinkle the schnitzels with pepper and fry them in the hot margarine for about 6 minutes until cooked and brown.
- Serve the meat and potatoes with the salad.
Ingredients left?
Need some lemon juice? Do not cut the lemon, but poke a hole in it and squeeze out some juice. Use bottled lemon juice if necessary. A bottle of lemon juice can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks.
