A tasty light chicken dish, with fresh vegetables. Contains only 392 kcal. per person and is delicious with iceberg lettuce.

400 grams of chicken breast

50 ml low-fat Greek yogurt (0% fat)

1½ teaspoon paprika powder

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 clove of garlic

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon thyme

1 onion

3 tomatoes
-
200 grams peas (frozen)

800 grams of potatoes

1 red pepper
Preparation
Marinade
• Finely chop the garlic clove
• Mix the yogurt with the paprika powder, cumin seeds, garlic and 1½ tablespoons of olive oil
• Cut the chicken breast into cubes
• Stir the chicken breast cubes into the yogurt mixture
• Let this marinate for 2 hours
Prepare an oven dish
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
• Slice the tomatoes
• Cut the onion into thin rings
• Cut the potatoes in half
• Clean the pepper and cut it into thin rings
• Place the marinated chicken in an oven dish
• Divide the onion, pepper, peas and potato over it
• Divide the tomato slices over it
• Add 1 dl of water and sprinkle the dish with 1½ tablespoons of olive oil
• Cover the dish and put it in the oven for 45 minutes
