4 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 cloves of garlic

2 eggs
-
1 head romaine lettuce
-
Handful of cherry tomatoes
-

Preparation
Cut the bread into cubes and mix them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the crushed garlic. Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the pieces of bread until crisp. Boil the eggs for 2 minutes (when they are very soft) and rinse them in cold water. Clean the lettuce and tear it into pieces. [Zacht afbreekstreepje] Halve the tomatoes. Toss the lettuce with the [Zacht afbreekstreepje] tomatoes, break the eggs on top and toss with the rest of the olive oil, lemon juice, [Zacht afbreekstreepje] Worcestershire sauce and the Parmesan cheese. Fry the prawns in the frying pan for 2 minutes. Divide the salad between 2 plates and place the bread croutons and shrimp on top. Serve immediately.
Did you know…
The classic Caesar salad contains (almost) raw egg. If your resistance is not so good, it is better not to eat raw eggs because of the risk of salmonella.
