
You only need 5 ingredients for this cold broccoli salad.

1/2 shallot

1 orange

1 tablespoon oil

pinch of mustard powder

400 grams broccoli

6 potatoes

2 rib chops

2 tablespoons liquid margarine
Preparation
- Chop the shallot very finely.
- Scrub the orange and grate some of the zest.
- Juice 1 half of the orange and cut the flesh of the other half into pieces.
- Make a dressing from the oil, orange juice, mustard powder, shallot and some grated orange zest.
- Clean the broccoli and divide the vegetables into florets. Peel the stems and cut them into pieces.
- Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes until just tender.
- Pour the dressing and the orange cubes through the vegetables and let it cool.
- Peel the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in a little water for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chops with pepper. Bake the meat in the hot margarine for 15 minutes until tender and brown.
- Remove the meat from the pan. Pour 75 milliliters of water into the pan, bring it to the boil and stir the residue from the bottom of the pan.
- Serve the gravy with the meat and potatoes with the broccoli.
