Twenty international film festivals are joining forces in a vpor We Are One, an online variant of the annual film festival. The curators of Cannes Film Festival and Venice Film Festival, among others, have made their selection of the best and most beautiful films available.
The festival is online to follow on YouTube, where all movies can be seen for free. Under the name We Are One, the organizations want to give the films a larger audience, now that the regular festivals cannot continue. The IFFR (International Film Festival Rotterdam) is also taking part.
We Are One runs from May 29 to June 8, 2020. If you missed a movie in the past few days, you can still watch it on the YouTube channel. The program can be found on the site of We Are One. All proceeds from the films go to charities related to the corona virus.
