They cannot replace a balanced diet, however, a cure (in vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, plants…) can be useful. Rules of good conduct
A supplementation in the rules of the art ideally requires to make a nutritional assessment in order to update the possible deficiencies. However, if you want to take charge of your supplementation alone, keep these few rules in mind…
• In order to avoid any risk of overdose, avoid accumulating food supplements having the same function or containing the same substances, as well as those offering a single substance in large quantities.
• Do not take supplements throughout the year but rather by cure of a few weeks.
• Avoid internet purchases and foreign-made products.
• In case of drug treatment, ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice.
