Anejaculation or delayed ejaculation
Delayed ejaculation is the inability to simultaneously access orgasm and ejaculation. However, two levels of anejaculation exist. It is defined as total during intercourse, and only partial during masturbation. It therefore corresponds to the absence of expulsion of semen from the genital tract. We speak of primary disorder if it has existed since the beginning of sexuality … even solitary. Conversely, the disorder is considered secondary if the man has had a period of completely normal sexuality.
Various causes
Delayed ejaculation can be caused by malformations of the urinary tract. But, it can also be the consequence of psychological disorders (difficult first sexual intercourse, problem dating back to childhood …) drug addiction or medication (especially neuroleptics).
Finally, in older men, prostate or urinary tract surgery can also be a source of this difficulty.
Treatments
It is absolutely necessary to consult. Mainly psychological, the problem is often solved with psychotherapy or behavioral therapy, recommended by your doctor. However, if the problem cannot be solved and you want to have a child, know that techniques for collecting sperm for the purpose of fertilization exist:
– The vibromassage which stimulates the penis which triggers a reflex ejaculation, possible even on a soft penis.
– Electrostimulation which electrically stimulates the muscles of the small pelvis responsible for the ejaculatory sequence.
