While patients from the E3M association continue to make hunger strike in front of the Ministry of Health, a judicial decision rekindles the debate around aluminum vaccines.
For those who have not followed the case, the E3M association is a collective which campaigns for the end of vaccines without aluminum because they accuse this chemical substance, used as an adjuvant in vaccines, of being responsible for myofasciitis. macrophages. This rare, very disabling disease manifests itself in muscle and joint pain, fatigue and a slight fever.
E3M therefore asks the government to make aluminum-free vaccines available for children, in particular a DTPolio (diphtheria-tetanus-polio) vaccine, which is compulsory for a child to enter nursery or school.
Martine Sempietro, the caregiver we are talking about today, will join the fight of the activists of the E3M association. This 47-year-old nurse also considers herself a victim of the aluminum contained in vaccines. Indeed, from 1983, she had to undergo compulsory vaccinations because of her job, including aluminum. “The causal link between the disease and the vaccination is established by the court and it is attributable to the service,” said his lawyer.
Criminal complaints
The nursing assistant succeeded after a long standoff with her employer to have her condition recognized as an occupational disease. She has been on sick leave since 2006 after having an accident at her workplace related to a fall. A direct consequence of his pathology, explains the lawyer: “his legs had failed because of his disease, a myofasciitis with macrophages which can cause this kind of symptoms”. After having obtained success with the administrative court, Martine Sempietro now intends to bring the case to criminal justice. Three other members of the E3M association will do the same for their part in order to highlight “the dysfunctions of health authorities” in the administration of these vaccines.
